『系統電腦教育中心』成立於1993年，為教育局認可的註冊教育中心，至今一直致力於電腦課程教育，並且舉辦過多個廣受讚賞的電腦課程，如【CCNA證書課程】、【CCNP證書課程】、【CCIE證書課程】、【MCSA + MCSE證書課程】、【OCA證書課程】、【OCP證書課程】、【Check Point證書課程】、【Juniper證書課程】、【Citrix證書課程】、【IBM證書課程】、【Linux LPI證書課程】、【Java證書課程】、【CISSP證書課程】、【ITIL證書課程】、【PMP證書課程】、【持續進修基金文憑課程系列】等。而報讀本中心課程的學員已超過四十萬人。

為配合本中心的CCNA及CCNP的課堂需求，本中心購買多款不同形號的CISCO ROUTER及SWITCH，包括2500、2503、2521、2621、3620、4000等等。

本中心旺角校舍有三千多平方呎的地方，各校設有完善的教學設備及網絡器材，令每位同學均能提高學習興趣。

- 若課程於開課前取消，系統電腦教育中心便會將報讀者已繳付之學費全數退回。
- 若課程未能如所述的情況開辦而學員未能接受系統電腦教育中心所作出的課程改動安排，在學員要求退回學費的情況下，系統電腦教育中心便會於一個月內將報讀者已繳付之學費全數或按還未上課的學費比例將學費退回。
- 若課程未能於所宣傳的日子時間開課而學員未能接受系統電腦教育中心所作出的課程改動安排，在學員要求退回學費的情況下，系統電腦教育中心便會於一個月內將報讀者已繳付之學費全數或按還未上課的學費比例將學費退回。
- 若課程於開課後中止，在學員要求退回學費的情況下，系統電腦教育中心便會於一個月內將報讀者已繳付之學費按還未上課的學費比例將學費退回。
- In case of closure prior to the commencement of the course, Systematic shall refund to the course applicants in full all course fees and other monies then paid by the students immediately.
- If a course cannot be operated according to the specifications and descriptions originally published and made known to the students or otherwise the course specifications and descriptions as specified in the application then submitted by Systematic in applying for registration and that the students decline to accept the revised arrangements, Systematic shall refund to the students in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fees and other monies then paid by the students within one month after the students have requested for courses fees refund.
- If a course cannot be operated on the date or at the time specified in the course leaflet or brochure and students decline the revised arrangements, Systematic shall refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fees collected to students within one month after the students have requested for course fees refund.
- In case of cessation of a course after its commencement, Systematic shall refund the students the course fees and other monies then paid by the students on a pro-rata basis within one month after the cessation of the course.
- 上述的退款政策適用於系統電腦教育中心所舉辦的課程，並會公佈退款政策給學員留意。
- 系統電腦教育中心會按照上述的退款政策來退款給學員。
- 退款過程進行時，學員務必出示正本課程學費收據及於已收取退款時簽收作實。
- 款項會以現金或支票的形式退款。
- The refund arrangement specified above shall form part of the terms and conditions for the provision of the course by Systematic to the students, and shall be drawn to the attention of all students.
- Systematic shall refund students in accordance with the policies stated above.
- When processing the refund, students must present the original course fee receipt and shall sign to acknowledge the receipt when upon receipt of the refund.
- The refund may either be in cash or in cheque.
