Franco 曾於大型 IT solution provider 公司擔任系統及應用軟件支援工作，其後轉職投身 IT 培訓行列，主要教授 Cisco 課程。Franco 更曾於各大認可培訓中心任職導師，參與大型銀行和SI (System Integration) 公司的網絡工程培訓工作，教學經驗十分豐富。
